Before you begin
You can refund payments taken online. How long a refund takes to reach the customer depends on their bank and your payment provider.
Issue the refund
- 1Open the booking from the Calendar or Payments area.
- 2Find the payment on the booking.
- 3Choose to refund, and confirm the amount.
Note: Requires product confirmation: the exact location of the refund action and support for partial refunds may differ from your configuration.
Important: Check your cancellation terms before refunding a deposit, so the outcome matches what the customer agreed to when booking.
