It applies to our websites, booking pages, merchant dashboard, APIs and AI features.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BookByOnline platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Merchants are also subject to our Partner Terms, and everyone must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

These Partner Terms govern businesses (“Merchants”) that use BookByOnline to take bookings and manage their operations. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.

This Cookie Policy explains how BookByOnline uses cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies stay off until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between BookByOnline and a Merchant and governs our processing of personal data on the Merchant's behalf. Where there is a conflict on data-protection matters, this DPA prevails.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses BookByOnline. It exists to keep the Platform safe, lawful and trustworthy. Breaching it may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension or termination.

BookByOnline uses the trusted providers below to operate the Platform. Each is engaged under data-protection terms and processes personal data only to deliver its service. We update this list as our infrastructure changes.

These AI Terms govern the AI Receptionist and other AI-assisted features of BookByOnline. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Partner Terms and DPA. AI features are optional and controlled by the Merchant.
